Yearly preventive maintenance
One complete preventive maintenance visit a year to the manufacturer’s specification, including standard PM parts, with a service report and dated decal.
Phone and video troubleshooting
Talk to a technician from 8am to 5pm on business days. Many sectioning and temperature problems are solved without a visit.
Priority response
Plan members are scheduled first when a cryostat goes down: usually same-day or next-day in South Florida, often next day and within 72 hours at most in Tampa Bay, Orlando and Southwest Florida.
No trip fee on breakdown calls in South Florida
When your cryostat fails between PMs in Miami-Dade, Broward or Palm Beach, the trip is covered and you pay only for approved repairs and parts.
Member rate on loaner cryostats
When a repair runs past a surgery day, plan members rent a loaner from our Miami shop at a special member rate, subject to availability.
15% off specialty parts
Spring sets, pressure plates, anti-roll glass and other condition-based parts at 15% off, installed with no labor charge on scheduled visits.
Electrical safety and temperature check
An electrical safety test and a chamber temperature check at every PM, documented for your CLIA and AHCA file.
