Tampa Bay is a route market for us: calibration and preventive-maintenance work is grouped into scheduled blocks so a technician covers Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater and Sarasota in one trip, which keeps per-instrument cost in line with a local vendor. Equipment-down calls are triaged by phone first; where a loaner or a remote fix closes the gap, we send it, and where a site visit is needed we schedule the earliest block.
