How fast can a loaner cryostat arrive?

For existing service clients in South Florida, often same or next business day. Call 305.238.5326 — surgical-day coverage is the reason this program exists.

Is a loaner included with repair?

Loaner coverage is built into most BMCA service agreements. For one-off repairs, ask when you book and we'll tell you what's available.

Do you rent in Puerto Rico?

Yes, from on-island inventory for cryostats and centrifuges; other categories on a scheduled basis.

Does the rental show up on my CLIA/CAP equipment list correctly?

Yes. Each unit is added as its own serial-numbered instrument with its verification record for as long as it's on site, then closed out when it leaves.

Can I buy the rental at the end?

Often. Ask before the term ends and we'll quote the unit as-is with its full service history.
