A recurring service agreement starts with the equipment you own and the work you need. BMCA can coordinate preventive maintenance, calibration and repair support for laboratory, histology and dermatology equipment across Florida and Puerto Rico. The written proposal identifies covered assets, service frequency and exclusions.

Build the scope before setting the schedule

Send an inventory with location, manufacturer, model, serial number and current service dates. Identify your critical instruments and available service windows. We can group pipettes, thermal cyclers, cryostats and histology equipment into a coordinated plan, with model-specific scope agreed before work begins.

What belongs in your proposal

• Covered equipment and locations, identified by asset or serial number.
• Preventive maintenance and verification tasks for each instrument.
• Agreed schedule, access requirements and service contacts.
• Service reports, measurements and certificates appropriate to the work.
• Repair authorization, parts exclusions and separately quoted work.
• Response arrangements and any loaner options, subject to availability.

Coordinate with your biomedical team

For hospitals and multi-site groups, define who receives scheduling notices, service findings and completed reports. Include your biomedical or clinical engineering contact when requesting a proposal so responsibilities and communication can be agreed in advance.

Documentation supports your compliance program

Equipment records are one part of inspection readiness. Your laboratory retains responsibility for its procedures, quality system and applicable requirements. A service agreement does not guarantee accreditation or an inspection result.
