Almost certainly. The list is what we service most often, not everything we've touched. Send the make and model and we'll confirm same day.
Do you service Sakura tissue processors like the VIP 5 and VIP 6?
Yes — reagent-line service, vacuum and heating verification, and preventive maintenance on Sakura, Leica, Thermo and Milestone processors.
Do you calibrate every channel on a multichannel pipette?
Yes. Every channel is measured gravimetrically at multiple volumes and reported individually, as-found and as-left.
Can you send a technician the same day?
For equipment-down calls in South Florida, usually. See emergency service or call 305.238.5326.
Do you provide loaners while my instrument is out?
Yes for cryostats, microtomes, centrifuges and refrigeration — see rental & loaner instruments.
