BMCA supports maintenance and repair of laboratory stainers and coverslippers, including Leica ST5010 AutoStainer XL, Thermo Linistat, Sakura 4740 and 4764, and Leica CV5030. Send the model and serial number to confirm the work and parts needed.
Describe the point where the workflow stops
Report slide-transfer problems, a stalled arm, inconsistent movement, dispensing concerns, breakage or the exact error displayed. Include when the fault occurs and whether it repeats. Photographs of the instrument and message can help define the initial service discussion.
Model-specific preventive maintenance
The agreed visit may cover cleaning accessible service areas, inspecting transport mechanisms and alignment, lubrication where specified, and functional checks. For coverslippers, the scope can include slide handling and dispensing checks appropriate to the model. Consumables and damaged components are assessed separately.
Service records and laboratory checks
Retain a report of the work, findings, adjustments and functional checks with your equipment records. The laboratory remains responsible for its staining protocols, quality control and acceptance of slide quality after service. Equipment maintenance does not replace those checks.
A coordinated histology schedule
Combine planned service with microtomes, cryostats, tissue processors and embedding modules. Share your equipment list and working hours so we can propose a schedule and clearly identify the scope for each asset.
